Not strong enough for me - took a heaped scoop and barely felt it, no tingle, wouldn't bother if you have a reasonable stimulant tolerance - might be nice for people who are sensitive to caffeine but a waste of money compared to other pres if you have to double the serving to feel it. Flavour was nice.

This is an excellent product. It works. It much reduces left over stiffness and muscle aches; it aids mood and enthusiasm; improves vascularity in the sense of improving blood flow; it improves rep numbers and the weights that can be lifted; allows you to reduce rest time between sets; effective for a good hour of training. Use it with Elemental Pump - as I do - for best results (in my opinion and experience).

I use it in conjunction with EN Pump, and the two together are outstanding (they are excellent individually). Optimum Gold Standard Pre-Workout noticeably improves motivation, body warmth, muscle elasticity, and results in significantly more repetitions and/or the weight I am able to lift, as well as enabling me to reduce rests times between sets.
